Training & Qualification Program ManagerObjective of Job(职位定位)Establish diversified Training & Qualification programs to enable certain target group & fulfilledCompetence gaps according bit development needsProvide consultancy & solutions to business department regarding people development requirementsResponsible for Training Program Promotion, implementation & Effectiveness validationSupport Plant HR Strategy initiatives rollout & competence build up in perspective of People developmentPrinciple Activities (工作职责)Working closely with HRM/HRBPs and business department to identify people development requests and further develop, update enabling programDevelop and lead Training & Qualification Program, including but not limited to “TTT”, “initial leadership”, “Trainee”, etcTraining delivery in area of people development, in terms of “Mentoring”, “Coaching” & other soft skillsAs Training Expert, design, participate & evaluate new training concepts, courses, workshopsBuild up networking & coordination with central PP functions in China & AG to enhance synergyEstablish the standards of training system documents archiving, rational allocation of training resources and training sessionDesign, arrange, conduct and document training courses Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time framePlan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with itLead program team, break down and prioritize group goals for associates; responsible for team member development in both of competence & career pathJob Requirements (任职要求)University degree or comparable qualification with focus on Management, Business Administration, EducationAt least 3 years training working experience in automotive/manufacturing IndustryWell know about manufacturing training requirementsExperience in Establishing Training Center/corporate academyExperience in Talent Development/ People development is preferredFluent English in both of writing & speakingOffice software e.g. PPT, Word, Excel
