一、工作内容：1.严格执行公司各项技术文件和质量管理要求，监督生产车间按照标准要求操作，跟踪生产进度，保证产品质量；2.现场发掘质量隐患，对存在质量隐患进行改善；3.按公司质量要求，对整个生产过程的品质进行监督管控；4.对生产岗位巡视，发现问题及时分析处理解决；5.对每天的生产数据进行统计，分析；6.协助公司进行产品质量改善和市场投诉处理，反馈各项质量问题；7.严格把关成品出货相关工作;8.维护质量体系运行，按要求做好质量体系台账;二、任职要求：1.大专以上学历，化工相关专业 ，1年以上化工品控经验；2.熟悉ISO质量体系，精细化工生产和工艺原理；3.工作细致严谨认真，执行力强，质量敏感性高，原则性强。
