Job Description 配方开发工程师Recipe Development Engineer 岗位职责Post Responsibility 负责公司新产品(配方)开发工作，包括： Responsible for the development of new products(recipes), Include the following: 1.配方研制与验证; Development and verification of recipes； 2.原料质量标准制定，测试方法确立； Determination of quality standards for raw materials, Establishment of test methods for raw materials; 3.生产工艺及检验规范制定。 Formulation of production process and methods of quality inspection. 岗位要求Job Requirements 1.全日制本科或硕士学历，化学类相关专业； Full-time bachelor's degree or master's degree, Chemistry related major; 2.8年以上日化产品、化妆品、医疗用品或湿巾用品配方开发经验； More than 8 years experience in recipes (Daily chemical products/Cosmetics/Medical products/Wet wipes) development; 3.独立主导2个或以上的新产品开发，熟练掌握开发流程； Independently led the development of two or more new products, Proficient in the process of product development; 4.英语听说读写熟练; Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; 5.熟悉日化产品、化妆品、医疗用品或湿巾用品等方面法律法规，熟悉GMP质量体系； Master the laws and regulations of products(Daily chemical products/Cosmetics/Medical products/Wet wipes) and GMP system; 6.优秀的沟通协调能力及领导技巧。 Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.工作地点：嘉兴市平湖市或上海市松江区工作时间：双休八小时
