岗位要求：1、全日制本科以上学历，电机学或相关专业机电类、自动化类、电机与电器类及其他电机相关专业；2、熟练使用CAD，具有丰富的电机学相关知识，在电机厂工作经验者优先；3、熟悉电机知识（结构、原理、功能、材料、常见故障等）机械知识、电子知识；4、熟悉电机设计及其控制理论，熟悉电机的温度场、发热、导热、散热、噪音、震动等分析，熟悉磁型材料等；5、具有强烈的责任心和责任精神，细致严谨、富有激情、具有创造性，有刻苦钻研的精神，可出差；
