Buyer IndirectObjective of Job:•Optimize and provide a stable and fast supply of demands of the Draexlmaier Group’s Investment & Consumer Goods (Indirect Material) with particular focus on cost reduction in regards to quality aspects and turn-around time.Principle Activities:•Realizing commodity strategy•Keep constant communication with DAC / DEC / DRX internal customers, to ensure smooth information flow and quickest turn-around time•Management of purchasing aspects and demands for internal and external projects•Request for quotes/ comparison of offers/ evaluation of offers for Investment & Consumer Goods with regard to price, quality, delivery performance and technology•Take measures to reduce costs•Identification and operation of cost analysis projects•Creation of vendor relationships•Strategical orientation of the commodity•Supplier management and maintenance of supplier•Participation in make-or/and buy-analyses and decisions•Continuous process improvement (CPI)•Achieve targets of department•Development and optimization of the purchasing workflowsJob and Work Requirements:•Technical/ business studies (university or university of applied sciences) with degree or technical/ business apprentice training with accordingly work experience•Ideally working experience in a purchasing department of an automotive manufacturer or automotive supplier•Very good knowledge of english•German knowledge is of advantage•Team spirit and highest level of integrity to the company•Negotiation skill•Cost-effective thinking•Technical understanding•Strategic approach
